Bi-metal Products is providing the Aluminium Industry with customized transition connections for their Anodes and Cathodes.

By friction welding the dissimilar metals, we offer a highly competitive solution, combining superior technical properties with a very cost efficient manufacturing process.

Our machinery is very flexible and as shown in our product series, we are capable of manufacturing a high variety of different shapes and dimensions.

We have more than 20 years experience of friction welding metals. Every weld is monitored and all our products are tested regularly. We do both destructive and nondestructive tests.

The advantages of friction welded components are well documented. The interface created during friction welding does not exhibit measurable electrical resistance between the dissimilar metals. Therefore, the electrical resistance of our friction welded bi-metal joints is equal to the sum of resistances of component metals in series.
